About #1 Stop Shop Auto Repair
Like many small businesses, we began from humble beginnings. The owner operator Ben Nassery studied automotive engineering in London , followed by several years of experience in both foreign and domestic car repair. In 1981, with only $1800 dollars and a love for car repair, Number One Stop Shop has successfully grown from a 2-bay service station, to a 7-bay complete automotive repair facility just minutes away from the Escondido Auto Park. With over 65,000 car repair orders completed since serving our first customer 28 years ago, we have had the opportunity to learn many things about the automotive repair industry. The most important being how vital our customers are to us. Our customers' confidence and referrals have largely been the reason for our success and growth. We are very grateful for the patronage of all our customers in the past, and look forward to continue servicing new and old customers in the future.
Repair business is a part of the "service industry", we make it a top priority to provide our customers with quality and friendly service we are proud of. Whether it be providing a rental car, matching competitor rates, or working with any of our customer's unique circumstances, we do not consider our job complete until our customer's are happy.
